The aim of our study was the definition of possibility of Electro Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) method to establish the aging of death coming. Have been measured the liver and kidney paramagnetic signals in norm and in 0,5; 1; 2; 3; 4 and 6 hours after death. The studies showed that after death coming in liver and kidney of studied rats: a) decrease of EPR signals of free radicals, their half-widths and cyt P-450; b) sharp decrease EPR spectrum of iron-sulfuric centers in both organs (in liver - after 1 hour, in kidney - after 2 hours); c) EPR spectrum of FeSNO alters inversely proportionally to EPR spectrum of iron-sulfuric centers; d) EPR signals of Mn2+ containing complexes increase steadily till the end of experiment (particularly in kidney); e) EPR spectrum of MetHB in liver is first noted 2 hours after the moment of death and increases till the end of experiment. In these indexes have been revealed regularity that gives us the possibility of accuracy definition of death aging during the first 6 hours after death.
