Has been investigated the new preparation Gelle Royalle Fraiche on specific immunity. With this purpose, containment of T and B-lymphocytes in serum have been defined. In our study, effect of Gelle Royalle Fraiche was compared with effect of tactivin, that has been successfully used in everyday gynecologic practice. A total of 143 patients have been examined. They were divided into two major groups: The group I - control and the group II - basic. The group I involved 64 and the group II - 79 patients. All patients were subjected to the well-known complex anti-inflammatory treatment. The patients from the group I additionally were treated with tactivin and the patients from the group II - with Gelle Royalle Fraiche. Has been stated that anti-inflammatory therapy stimulates production of T and B-lymphocytes, which is better expressed in case of Gelle Royalle Fraiche administration than in case of tactivin.
